TERMS
Open to all students, the Northwest Council on Study Abroad London Programme consists of 11-week terms offered during Fall, Winter and Spring.

ELIGIBILITY
The programme is open to undergraduate students in all fields of study with at least sophomore status and good academic standing. Selection is based on seriousness of purpose, academic achievement, and individual stability and maturity. Individual university requirements may vary. Medical information is required of all students who have been accepted into the program. This information is considered confidential.

APPLICATION PROCESS
Students are encouraged to apply early, as programme space is limited. Applications have priority according to the date received. Students attending participating institutions may pick up an application at their respective study abroad office. Students attending non member institutions should contact AHA International for an application.

Each course provides 40 contact hours per term. Students attending any participating NCSA institutions receive home-campus credit. Students attending non member institutions receive transfer credit from a designated member school. AHA International facilitates non member arrangements after an application form has been submitted. Enrolling institutions determine the number of credits earned per course.

PROGRAM COSTS includes:
Tuition and fees
Course materials
On-site orientation
Housing (plus two loads of laundry per week)
Daily breakfast and four evening meals per week
Programme excursions: admission tickets to exhibits, theatre events, and historical sites
London Oyster Travelcard (Zones 1-6 on tube, train and bus)
International Student Identity Card
Membership in the International Student House (ISH)
Medical insurance

Please note that enrolling institutions may charge additional fees. Airfare and expenses such as additional meals, incidentals, and personal travel are not included.
